SHIPPING:
- We only ship to the PayPal address on file with PayPal. Please make sure that address is correct before submitting payment.
- We strive to have all packages out the door within 48 business hours of payment, but for orders over 100 parts please plan on 72 business hours after payment. If the order is placed/payment processed on a Friday, it will usually go out on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday.)
- If upon receipt of your package, you have any problems or concerns, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on a resolution. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and highly value maintaining a 100% positive feedback rating for each and every transaction. We will always gladly leave feedback for our buyers and would like for our customers to do the same for us.
- For shipping quotes, we will add .65 cents to cost of shipping to cover packaging expenses.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
- I will accept returns on a case-by-case basis, but it will generally be denied since parts rarely come back in the same condition. If I do accept a return, I will process a refund minus the handling/materials charge, shipping fees and PayPal fees once I verify all items have been returned in the same condition. If items are not in the same condition, deductions will be made to reflect their new value. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- If you need to cancel due to an error by NC Brickhouse, you will get the full refund.
- If you request to cancel due to no error by NC Brickhouse, you will get the refund minus the handling fee and PayPal fees since PayPal doesn't refund those charges.
